Step 1 – You can pre-treat dry or hard nails with CND Solar Oil cuticle treatment.
Step 2 – Apply two thin coats of Vinylux Weekly Polish.
Step 3 – Finish with one coat of Vinylux Gel-Like Effect Top Coat for high gloss shine that creates a strong and tough coating to help protect nails.
